Colour Theory Nail Polish Review

3:34:00 AM

Colour Theory launched around October 2013, and it is Australian owned. Apparently there are over 90 products in this range and the price point of the products are quite low.

So while back I was super sick, and was at an Amcal pharmacy after a doctors appointment waiting for the phamacist to dispense my meds when I saw the Colour Theory Display.
I was especially drawn to the nail polish because it was only $4!

I was cautious about cheap nail polish products, because of poor experiences I had with other cheap nail polishes.
Therefore after some researching on the brand, and reading two or three reviews of the nail polishes, I went back to Amcal Pharmacy and purchased the It's a Girl (Pink), Lilac-A-Lovely (Lilac) and Minted (Baby Green).

I love it because...

- Only one application needed
I love nail polishes that can do the job in one coat, this elimates the possibility of mistakes (since I am clumsy) and also means it is less likely to go over the nail onto the skin.
I love it because the I only need to dip once to complete a nail

- The colour is true to the bottle
Sometimes the colour of the nail polish, doesn't necessarily come out on the nail the same.
But I was pleasantly suprised, what I wanted was what I got.

- It is has a gel like finish
The finish of the polish is very gel like, and I love it! It makes it look so nicely done and expensive.

I dislike it because...

- The bottle is half size
I have noticed that the bottle is 6ml, smaller then the traditional nail polish bottles on the market, and the brush is quite short.
I am not sure whether nail polish will go to waste in the future when my nail polish runs low!
But that is a dislike for the future... and I don't have any complaints about it now ^^

I couldn't decide which colour to use! So i used them on! I can't get over how absolutely gorgeous the colours are!
My new love however has got to be the It's a Girl colour! Pink is definitely my favourite colour.

Purchased from Amcal and Guardian Pharmacies.
